Metal can of Hunts Brothers mushrooms was missing its metal key tab and had black organic build up where key tab would have been used to open the metal can. Metal top of can appeared to have a small gap on the top where contents leaked and had dried. |
PIC will attempt to return can for refund and set aside so it is not accidently used. Advised PIC if they will not issue a refund he must discard can and its contents. |

Pizza Warmer- Using a state issued and calibrated probe thermometer, Wings and pizza in the pizza warmer were being held below the safe hot holding temperature of 135 degrees. I told PIC to discard food. PIC used firms own probe thermometer on the chicken wings and also only received 120 degrees. |
