Backstock cooler observed not to be working properly. Temperature was verified with TDA Infared thermometer at 66 F. The following items were observed to be held above 41 F. Temperatures were verified with TDA digital probe thermometer; Pack of bologna at 66.8 F, Pack of cookie dough at 66.5 F, Pack of smoked sausage links at 67.0 F, and Pack of sliced ham at 67.1 F. There was about 180 assorted packs of TCS foods in plastic totes. Also in cooler 24 packs Oscar Mayer bologna, 6 bottles of Dunkin coffee creamer, 18 bottles of Tropicana orange juice, 4 tubs of Daisy cottage cheese, 8 bottles Clover Valley coffee creamer, and 8 cartons of Minute Maid orange juice. |
Manager pulled all listed items to be scanned for credit and then discarded during inspection. |
