1.) 4 in house made salads were observed with no date marking in the service cooler. 2.) 6 in house made cold cut sandwiches were observed with no date marking in the service cooler. 3.) 9 Angus cheeseburgers, 4 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, and 6 BBQ rib sandwiches that all state "Keep Frozen" on the label were observed thawed in the service cooler with no date marking. 4.) A bag of chicken wings, a bag of beef crumbles, a bag of sausage crumbles, and a bag of bacon peices that all state "Keep Frozen" on the label were observed thawed in the lower chamber of the prep cooler with no date marking. |
