Employee placed some sanitizer in a sink using both the facet water and sanitizer dispenser; sanitizer did not regisiter any chemicals. A small amount of sanitizer was dispensed from only the dispenser and it was registering 50 ppm. PIC stated that she does not use the dispenser and asked to demonstrate how she does it. PIC stated sink was ready to be tested and was over 400ppm with a blue color not on the chart. PIC then stated she normally puts more water in it and was asked to "do it how she normally makes sanitizer". Once water level reached PIC instructions it was tested and still over 400ppm with a blue not on the color chart. Priority (P) 0
