Observed approximately 3 - 4 packages to be bloated. |

Observed Grab N Go Cooler unit to have a temperature reading of 65 degrees F with inspector's infrared thermometer. Inspector observed Keep Refrigerated food items to have internal temperatures ranging from 65F - 68F. Unit was not maintaining the required cold holding temperature of 41F or below for the TCS food items. All TCS products were removed & discarded. |
PIC voluntarily removed all TCS items & discarded them during inspection. The owner stated he checked the filter & it was dirty, so he cleaned it. He also stated if the temperature still does not decrease, then he will call a repairman. |
