Observed corn dogs and egg rolls to be past 4 hour mark when put into TILT for retail sale. Inspector took internal temperatures of corn dogs ( 110-116 degrees F) and Egg Rolls (113-128 degrees F). Time put into TILT was 10AM. Time of inspection was 2:27PM. |
