Observed the only hand washing sinks to be in kitchen and restrooms. There is a steam table where food is served by employees in the dining room, the closest hand washing sink in the kitchen, at least 13 steps away and requires passing through a set of swing doors.
Observed there is no hand sink behind the counter and at time of Inspector's arrival unwrapped food was [resent in the warmer and would require the cashier/employee to serve the items to customers. |
PIC did voluntarily discard the food in the warmer as it had been prepared without benefit of permit or inspection.
PIC voluntarily removed the doors allowing easier access from steam table to hand washing sink. |
