Observed date marking system in place however date marking is for 8 days total. In discussion with PIC, they change out product every Sunday. All product with date marking in deli had a date mark expiration of 05/04. PIC stated that it had been prepared on Sunday 04/27. Observed date mark on deli meat placed in freezer was dated 30 plus days out (05/30). Discussed date marking with date opened/sliced. |
