Observed frozen food cooler ranging from 34 F degrees to 38 F degrees. With multiple frozen foods soft to touch. When speaking to PIC she knew the cooler was having issues since the previous night. |
Coolers were roped off and signs were put up stating coolers were broken and all food out of temperature was discarded. |
