Observed several prepped trays of open raw TCS bacon stored in the kitchen prep cooler with discard dates from May 9th to May 20th 2025 with several packages open and containing dark, moldy meats. Also noted 2 open and undated TCS milk quarts used for creamer, stored in creamer cooler with each carton displaying a strong, sour smell, and clotted milk as its contents. |

Observed several food containers of TCS Sauerkraut, JalapeƱos, and diced onions missing proper date marking to show when these items were opened and when they need to be discarded. Also observed several trays of open TCS bacon with May 9th to May 20th discard dates inside the kitchen. |
