Observed sandwich prep cooler to have a temperature of 49F with inspector's infrared thermometer. Observed cooler's contents to range in temperature from 46F - 54F with inspector's probe thermometer. These items were among the items discarded: Individual Ranch Dressing Cups x10; 5 lb Chicken Salad Supreme x3; 5 lb Pimento & Cheese x1; 5 lb Chicken Salad Cranberry x2; and 1 gallon jug of opened Mayo.
