Observed rotisserie chicken oven to be leaking water directly onto the floor while undergoing an automatic wash cycle. |
Inspector had employees stop the wash cycle to prevent any more water from leaking on the floor in the food preparation area. PIC and employee were able to contain the water appropriately and stopped using the oven until the leaks could be fixed. |
