Gallon, pint and half gallon milks, several varieties in the walk in cold holding unit were observed to have a internal temperature of 45 to 52 degrees F. Several of the milks were observed to be congealed and separated from the liquid. |
Person in charge voluntary removed these foods referenced in the violation from sale. TDA placed an "x" on these foods and the facility segregated the milk for return. |
