Retail Coolers- Per PIC firm places stickers with dates predetermined by corporate and are unable to change the date. Firm places date marking on Salsa with a use by date 9 days from Creation 4/25-5/3 and Pico De Gallo at 8 days from creation 4/25-5/02. During todays inspection firm had Pico dated 4/28 that should have been dated 4/27 and Salsa dated 4/29 that should have been dated 4/26. |
