I observed that PIC was not aware of how to calibrate the firm's probe thermometer. When asking PIC to calibrate they cleaned their probe thermometer and placed into product in order to calibrate the firm's thermometer. I also observed that PIC when asked about the cold holding temperature they stated that the correct temperature was 80F. |
I walked PIC through the ice bath method of calibration. I also walked PIC through using Celsius and Fahrenheit temperatures. |
