The walk-in cooler is divided into two sections separated by an insulated door. The back section of the walk-in cooler was scanned with and infrared surface thermometer at 53 degrees. Dairy products inside this cooler were probed with a state issued and calibrated thermometer (Shamrock, 12-ounce, quart, and half gallon milk all at 66F and swelling observed on the half gallon carton). |
The PIC pulled the milk and stored in a bin located in the walk-in cooler, making it inaccessible to customers. Hold order also issued. |
