Food containers, trays, etc. were observed being placed half-way in sanitization rinse and removed and some instances observed where personnel was only splashing sanitizer solution on utensils with hand before setting up to air dry. Equipment and utensils shall be submerged in sanitizer solution with a minimum contact time of 30 seconds to properly sanitize.
