Observed the retail meat and produce coolers with an internal temperature of 55F using my thermal thermometer. These coolers show hot spots and repair is needed to effectively store TCS meats. |
Firm was instructed to not use these coolers until they can be repaired. All TCS foods below 41F were voluntarily placed inside of additional retail coolers onsite that are working adequately. |
