Observed several individually packaged Oreo treats being sold from 5 bulk boxes missing the proper labeling of manufacturers name, address, and phone number along with an allergen statement/ingredient list. I also noted several bags of ice created/bagged at firm missing proper labeling of the firm's Name, Address, and phone #. |
