The walk in cooler was scanned with and infrared thermometer wat 46 degrees. Foods inside this cooler were probed with a state issued and calibrated thermometer. Two half gallons of 2% milk, one gallon of 2% milk, and a half gallon of orange juice were all measured at 49 degrees. |
The PIC voluntarily removed these items from display to crates in the walk in cooler. The PIC is putting in a service ticket to have the walk in cooler repaired. |
