PIC stated the date on turkey was the date it was repacked and placed into freezer. Box of precooked beef patties in prep cooler was not date marked, PIC stated they had been placed into bunker one day prior and appeared to be in sound condition. PIC voluntarily discarded turkey and ham. Discussed with PIC that the date on frozen deli items needs to reflect the day it was pulled from freezer and placed into thawing, not the day it was packed and frozen. Yesterday's date of 07/28/25 was added to box of beef patties in prep bunker. Priority (P) 0
