Observed deli employee getting food for customer with gloves on then touching eyeglasses. The employee then tagged the food with price sticker and then went back to wash dishes in the sink with the same gloves on. Then the employee came back and helped a customer with food. The employee never removed gloves and washed hands between task and then re-gloved. Observed employee slicing deli meat then removing gloves and placing on new gloves without washing hands prior to placing on new gloves. |
