Observed lemon scented bleach being used for sanitizer at three bay sink. PIC was notified that all food preparation must cease until an appropriate sanitizer was acquired for ware washing. *No active food preparation was observed during this inspection. |
PIC immediately travelled to nearby dollar general and purchased Clorox disinfecting bleach to stock ware washing station. |

Observed cooked chicken filets in prep refrigerator in cooldown process with container dated for 07/29/25, fresh cooked hotdogs in cooldown process were stored in container with date of 07/28/2025. PIC stated the items had been prepped within the last half hour. Containers were in active cooldown and still warm to touch. |
PIC stated they had written the wrong dates, and changed both dates to 07/30/25 (todays date) |
