The grab and go cooler near the cash register was canned with an infrared surface thermometer at 48 degrees. Foods inside this cooler were probed with a state issued and calibrated thermometer with a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant at 45 degrees, a ham and cheese sandwich at 57 degrees, and a meat and cheese snack pack at 56 degrees. |
The PIC voluntarily discarded all items in this cooler that require refrigeration. |
