Observed date marking system in place, however, observed deli meat previously sliced and pulled from freezer to thaw with no current date mark. Observed various packages of ham sliced and frozen on 03/15, and 1 package of deli bologna sliced and frozen on 04/27, with thaw date mark. PIC stated that all of the deli meat had been pulled from the freezer on 05/15. |
