Also, I observed that PIC was not knowledgeable of pH meter when calibrating or trouble shooting meter. PIC needed additional instruction from management offsite on how to properly calibrate the firm's pH meter. During testing, PIC placed pH meter inside of the 4.01 Buffer solution 1st and did not start with the higher 7.01 Buffer during testing as well.
