Observed bakery cooler with door open and thermometer on outside is not working. Surface temperature of cooler reading 48 F to 50 F degrees with thermo gun. A pallet of pre-packaged grab and go sandwiches and pot pies was stored in the cooler at the time of inspection. An internal temperature was checked on the following prepackaged foods with the following internal temperatures: New Yorker deli sandwich 47 F, Turkey sub sandwich, and Chicken Pot Pie 47 F. All cold foods should be held at 41 F degrees or less. |
PIC discarded all food out of temperature at time of inspection. |
