#1-Retail Cooler- PIC stated that retail cooler was not working properly this morning. At time of inspection the retail cooler was reading 58 degrees with cold foods in the retail cooler probed between 44 to 48 degrees with a state issued and calibrated probe thermometer. |
PIC called a manager who had employees remove cold holding food items to discard. |
