A step stool with a box of tobacco products and some loose tobacco products (still in packaging) were observed in front of the food service area hand sink and preventing easy access. |
The PIC moved all of these items from in front of the sink during the inspection. |

Observed fish thawing in a metal pan of water on the 3 compartment sink. Observed a bag of chicken being thawed in a container of water in the 3 compartment sink. Neither item had running water flowing on it. The both items were probed with a state issued and calibrated thermometer. Fish at 55 degrees. Chicken at 31 degrees. |
The PIC voluntarily discarded the out of temperature fish. Because the chicken was measured below 41 degrees the PIC turned on running water to help finish thawing the chicken. The fish and chicken were located in different areas of the 3 compartment sink and did not pose a risk of cross contamination during the inspection. |

Several grocery style plastic bags were observed in the kitchen freezer with loose mixed vegetables in them. Plastic grocery style bags with loose chicken were observed in the chest freezer at the back of the facility. |
