Observed no hot water when running the hand sinks inside of the bakery and Meat departments continuously for over a minute using my probe thermometer. PIC noted that both sinks 'hot' water was cut off and they were able to turn back on for the sinks so they could be operational. Also, using my probe thermometer; I noted no hot water was available at the unisex bathroom hand sink up front near the Pharmacy. PIC noted that again hot water was turned off but could not get operational or efficient enough hot water for hand washing. |
