Observed no available times recorded for items within the deli hot bar. PIC stated that items are held for four hours, but the signs for recording these times were blank. Observed hot dogs with a 'packaged on 9/24/25' label stored within the retail reach in hot box without any times available. |
Inspector confirmed that the hot bar items were within appropriate hot holding temperature ranges and determined they did not need to be discarded. Hot dogs were discarded voluntarily by PIC. |
