Sliced tomato at 61 F, coleslaw at 54.7 F, macaroni and cheese at 56.2 F, mashed potatoes at 57.4 F, brown gravy at 61.1 F, sliced bologna at 60 F, sliced ham at 57.5 F, country ham at 57.5 F, smoked sausage at 46.5 F, folded egg at 49.6 F, and hot dog chili at 48.5 F. All temperatures were verified with TDA digital thermometer. There were about 50 food containers in total. |
