Several food items (sandwiches, fries, egg rolls) separated into food service boats for induvial sales near the cash register. Employee was observed using tongs pull a single corn dog from a food service boat for induvial sale. Food boat had 4 corn dogs in food boat that employee stated are for induvial sale. Advised employee if they are using tongs to serve food items then a hand washing sink is needed due to being a food dispensing area. |
