Observed several boxes of TCS personal pan pizza's sitting out at ambient temperature and on the floor of retail area. Using my probe thermometer, I noted average/varying temperatures of between 42 to 46F when probing the middle to the outside of the pizza. This is outside the temperature safe zone for cold holding. 1 Box of pizza's was voluntarily discarded by PIC during inspection. |
