Observed several live roaches and flies in the backside of the deli/bakery where the bulk of food production occurs. Specifically, 3 roaches were observed on the wall with the dishwasher, 3-compartment sink, and drying rack for dishes; 2 roaches were observed on the wall behind the secondary 3-compartment sink (near walk-ins); 1 roach was observed on the stand-up reach in freezer adjacent to the fryers; small flying insects (too numerous to count) were observed near the dishwasher/water heater area, in the single use storage area, and around the the elongated floor drain between the fryers and the dishwasher wall. |
