Observed no date marking on open plastic containers of TCS eggs, sausage, and cheese stored inside both the 2-door cooler and prep table. No dates could be found to show when they were placed into cooler or opened. All foods missing date marking were voluntarily discarded during inspection. |

Observed major leaking underneath the firm's ice chest stored underneath the counter, at front of the store. The drainage line is leaking and dumping wastewater on the onto the floor. The firm is not able to contain leak. PIC states that the firm has someone set up to repair ice cooler. |
