Using my probe thermometer, I observed several cut melons stored on shelving at ambient temperature and packaged for retail sale. (see pic) Please insure that all fruits that are cut or processed are kept at 41F or below. PIC voluntarily discarded during todays' inspection. |

Observed that 3 Compartment sink wash basin leaks when filled with water. Firm has placed a bucket and contained leak. They are aware of issue and awaiting repair. Also observed the produce walk-in cooler leaking from the roof into a bucket. |
