A stationary bunker cooler in the retail area was observed with packages of pepperoni (shelf stable) and 7 cases of Ball Park Hot Dogs which required temperature control for food safety. Hot Dogs were tempted with State Calibrated thermometer at 63 degrees (on the top layer) and 48 degrees on the bottom layer. |
PIC voluntarily discarded these hot dogs at time of inspection. Packages of Pepperoni were shelf stable items and not discarded. |
