Observed multiple items in rear storage RIC to be stored above 41F including - whole gallons of milk, Milos tea, clover valley lactose free milk, Eckrich smoked bratwurst, Starbuck's iced espresso vanilla latte, kraft cheese singles, and international delight iced coffee.
Temperatures were measured using inspector issued and calibrated probe thermometer and values recorded in this report. |
PIC was notified that Rear storage cooling unit was failing to keep TCS items at 41F or below. PIC voluntarily disposed of all items in rear storage area reach in cooler during this inspection. |
