Walk-in Cooler- Using an Infared thermometer the walk-in cooler was 58 degrees. The firms thermometer attached to the cooler was showing 40 degrees. The cooler itself did not feel cold and foods requiring refrigeration were 49 to 53 degrees in different area's of the cooler. |
PIC called a Maintenace person to respond and check equipment. |
