The following food items were observed to be held above 41 F in upright prep cooler and in far-right side of walk in cooler. Prep cooler thermometer reading 46 F and far-right side of walk in cooler thermometer reading 58 F. All temperatures were verified with TDA digital probe thermometer. Items in the walk in cooler; 2 packs of raw bacon at 54 F, 2 packs of sliced cheese at 55 F, a pack of sliced bologna at 55 F, 22 small (14 oz.) bottles of milk at 55 F and 3 quart size bottles of milk at 55 F. Items in the upright prep cooler; Pack of pulled pork BBQ at 48 F, pack of sliced bologna at 48 F, and a pack of hot dogs at 47 F. |
All listed food items were voluntarily discarded during inspection and work orders were placed on coolers. |
