Observed major leaking from the Walk-in Beverage cooler ceiling, where tin has been added to the ceiling. The Tin metal is catching and holding wastewater inside the ceiling and overflowing over the top of bottled beverages stored inside the interior of the cooler. Also, observed the firm's sanitizer dispenser to be loose where the water meets the dispenser and draining on the ground when it's in use. PIC is aware of drainage issue and has had maintenance repair it. PIC has set up another work order for repair. |
