Employee was observed to be actively engaged in food preparation, employee removed single use gloves, washed their hands. Employee then placed a hair net and facial beard guard on. After placing these hair restraints on the employee face and head, employee placed a pair of new single use gloves on and returned to engaging in food preparation. Employee did not wash their hands after placing hair net on the head and facial beard guard on their head. |
Person in charge had employee removed hair net and beard guard, single use gloves. Employee replaced previous used hair restraints with new hair restraints and had employee rewash their hand, place a new pair of single use gloves on and employee returned to food preparation. |

Two grab and go ham and cheese sandwiches, wrapped in plastic wrap at the open air cold holding unit were observed to have condensate from the unit dripping on the plastic wrap and were observed to be sitting in standing water. A chicken salad at the bottom of the open air cold holding unit was observed to have excessive amount of water build up on the top container lid. |
