Items scanned with infrared device showed a range of 55-65 degrees F. Individual item temperatures were measured using state certified and calibrated probe thermometer and results from each shelf in the retail cooler are recorded in this report. Item temperatures ranged from 45-60F | PIC and employee roped off cooler section with out-of-range temperatures.
