Observed sanitizer solution in three compartment sink with sanitizer concentration of 50ppm when tested with inspector's quaternary ammonia test kit. PIC emptied and refilled sink with sanitizer solution, and sanitizer concentration was still reading 50ppm when tested with inspector's quaternary ammonia test kit. Discussed with PIC calling maintenance on sanitizer dispenser while manually measuring sanitizer in the meantime to ensure proper sanitization. |
