PIC agreed that once the faucet is fixed they can do the following actions: Ensure the deli thermometer is still calibrated by sending a picture of the thermometer reading 32F (plus or minus 2 degrees) in an ice bath and send a picture of that thermometer in a running water stream from the deli faucet reading 120F+ to the inspector.
