**Observed an employee actively cutting pineapple at the three compartment sink with a cutting board resting in front of the faucet. An active leak was observed at the faucet with product being produced directly below. Physical adulteration was not observed today but water was observed spraying in the general area. |
The cutting procedure was voluntarily relocated to proper storage during inspection. Kroger management was notified and a maintenance ticket was established. |
