In the cold holding retail grab n go cooler the sandwiches, deviled eggs and wraps did not meet the cold holding temperatures. The equipment works fine (38F), the inspector discussed checking the temperatures of the food product due to it is sitting in the cooler at the entry door (hot temperatures). |
