Observed several containers of Purity Lemonade with "Keep Refrigerated" on the label stored in Walk-in cooler with an internal temperature of above 41F using my probe thermometer. I also observed several prepped foods like onions, tomatoes, and green peppers stored in the firms' prep cooler that registered well above 41F using my probe thermometer. PIC voluntarily discarded all foods that were above 41F during today's inspection. |
