PIC voluntarily discarded all "keep refrigerated" ready-to-eat foods in grab n cooler that were being held above 41F.PIC Ms. Dollie Afflerbaugh, Assistant Manager. The firm is an average-sized convenience store. The firm prepares sandwiches, taquitos, and sides for TILT holding. Firm prepares roller grill items for hot holding. Firm prepares roller grill toppings, opens creamers, and thaws commercially processed items for cold holding. Firm sells fountain and bottled beverages, coffee and cappuccino beverages, milk, ice cream, prepackaged grab & go items, and prepackaged shelf-stable foods. The Firm also sells alcohol and tobacco products.
Discussed with PIC all the violations listed in the report. |
